Mr. Albert Difilippantonio, American, is TEFL Certified as well as having a Masters Degree in Creative Writing.  He has taught at all age levels and at many schools and Businesses in Viet Nam. He has also lived with Vietnamese families for the past six years; in the USA and in Vietnam.

Having stayed at 3 to 5 star resorts and hotels, he experienced the wonderful Vietnamese welcoming nature of the staff, but saw the lack of proper training: Other Westerners said they "We were paying for a 5 star resort but the staff knew 1 star English, and although the resort was very beautiful, we will never return." The resort, and Vietnam, lost not only that customer but any referrals from that customer.The same experience occurred when doing business with Vietnamese Businesses, large and small.

Understanding something about the Vietnamese culture, he's created a targeted way to teach individual departments specialized English terminology; including phraseology of Americans, Australians, and the British. This direct and limited phraseology for each person of a large resort, small hotel, or large corporations, will enhance the clarity between your lovely staff and those clients who speak English, and between Vietnamese Business people and business people from around the world.
